We recently used Alpha to replace an aging roof, and we went went them due to their 5-year Workmanship warranty and their commitment to quality. Initially, we weren't impressed with the work their subcontractors did but it appeared it was a miscommunication. Shane and Cody, the owner and the salesman, worked tirelessly and extremely hard to make sure we were happy with our roof. They personally showed up to resolve the issue themselves to ensure that the job was done to our satisfaction, and it was. I would highly recommend Alpha. Their commitment to a job well done is unparalleled and not just a part of their sales pitch; they will work hard to make sure you're satisfied. We are now very happy with our new roof! Cody came in and saved me 100’s of dollars! After some time spent, he was able to identify my problem when others struggled to determine where the leak in my roof was coming from. There was a misplaced shingle in my roof that allowed rain water to slowly leak through. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical that this was the only issue and that he only needed to add a piece of shingle to the missing area. I was expecting some massive repair! Cody assured me that this was the only thing needed to fix the leak. Well, a week went by and a heavy rain came to our area. I was worried the leak would continue BUT it didn’t! Cody performed his job well and I would highly recommend him and Alpha Roofing and Construction to anyone needing roof repairs done properly the first time! Thank you Cody!!
David was amazing!! He was so helpful on the phone and really explained the situation I was dealing with. I had called the company for a second opinion and he definitely gave me an honest assessment and told me he would see if there was a way to only replace part of the vent boot to save some money which right now with everything going on was great to hear. I was told he would contact me the day I called in to inquire about our leak and he did and set up an appointment two days later. He was very punctual and gave me a 30 minute notice prior to his arrival. He was very swift with his work and did a great job. I had absolutely no issues whatsoever and would highly recommend this company for anyone who is dealing with roof issues. I found everyone to be very nice and helpful. It’s not always easy to find quality workers who are also honest but I am certain that’s what we found.
Call these guys first!!! Seriously, do not waste time searching for anyone else!! They are extremely professional and down to earth at the same time. Their customer service is top notch. I worked directly with Shayne and Travis, during the entire process they made me feel like my job was their most important job. The workers showed up on time and completed the work on schedule!! My new roof looks amazing!! If you are looking for a job done right, prompt service and great customer service, call these guys first!! I promise you won’t regret it!!
