She helped me understand my travel requirements and even helped me understand what I should do since it was my first time traveling overseas. We have used Aladdin Travel many times over the years and have always been impressed. But Renata deserves a special shout-out--I can't say enough good things about her. She spent hours with us planning our group's Spring Break 2020 vacation--she was so patient in working with our budget and requests. She booked us the perfect cruise, walked us through the whole process, took care of all the details. We were ready and excited! And then of course, everything came crashing down with Covid-19. Again, Renata handled everything. She got us our refunds and took care of all the details with the cruise line. Ack, the headaches she must have endured! She is *exactly* why I still use a travel agent for planning group travel instead of going it alone through the online sites. Her expertise, kindness, and thoroughness made all the difference. You can guarantee I'll be using Renata to plan all my trips from now on once this covid-19 mess is over (hopefully soon!). She is a gem.

Can't say enough about this agency!! We have always booked with Aladdin and it comes down to service, plain and simple. My wife and I were in Germany and ran into an unexpected situation that required a completely new itinerary with new hotel bookings and flights. Aladdin's after hours service had us back in business in under 2 hours, even though all the hotels in Munich were booked solid for a BMW conference! Thanks you guys, we will be seeing you again very soon for our next getaway!!
