OMG, talk about NOT having any transparency or accountability! We're trying to dispose of paint responsibly but they make it as difficult as possible! You have to fill out a form, but there are no online form fields so there are many extra steps involved just to get the form filled out. Then you have to send it to them, somehow, and wait around for them to contact you, somehow, and set up an appointment for you to come and dispose of your paint. You'd be better off just dumping it!
