Puzzled Traveler

Stopped in to look at a used truck. Salesman made a copy of my license and gave me the key and allowed me to go on test drive by myself! I was able to drive around and stop in a parking lot down the road to look around it myself without a sales guy hovering over my shoulder. Unfortunately it had some condition issues that they were not willing to take care of and they did not have any new models in stock in a color I would buy. Otherwise it was one of the better interactions I’ve had with a car salesman.

I decided to take my truck in for it scheduled oil change. Using the Ford app I scheduled it for 10 AM. I scheduled the quick Lane service. Upon check-in I was told it would be 2 to 3 hour wait. For an oil change! When I asked how 2 to 3 hours is considered quick, I was told by the gentleman at the check-in counter that this is standard. I then went down the street to express oil change. I was in and out in 20 minutes. That is quick. I recommend Angela Ford change the name ‘quick’ to something else. I’m sure most people would agree that a 2 to 3 hour wait Is not considered quick for an oil change.

I recently purchased a new vehicle here and found the experience pressure free and actually quite pleasant. There was no hard sell at all. The salesman, Guillermo, answered all my questions, gave me as much time, and space, to assess the vehicle as I needed, explained the various trim levels in detail, and spent time showing me the features I was interested in and informing me of the many safety features on the vehicle. I rarely write reviews but in this case the professionalism of the sales consultant, Guillermo, merits my doing so. I recommend asking for him by name if considering a purchase or lease from Angela Krause Ford-Lincoln. One final note; it's obvious the entire staff has been well trained in the five foot rule. I was acknowledged by everyone in my vicinity, whether just perusing vehicles on the lot or in the showroom. That is always appreciated. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership.
