Very nice people. I must say this before I even find out what is going on with my son's computer. Beyond nice over the phone and in person. The customer service alone made the long drive well worth it whether the computer can be repaired or not.

Nate in particular was very helpful and knowledgeable, and he took the time with me to explain all of my options in order that I could make the best and most informed choice I could about resurrecting my dead ASUS ROG laptop.
