We had a great experience at Baby's First Images. We waited until we were further along to get a good image and happy we did! The staff was kind and professional. We were happy to be able to share with friends and family our wonderful pictures and video! My husband and I were so happy to find a place where both he and I could attend the Ultra Sound during Covid-19. Grateful for a fun, unique experience!

I love going to see my sweet baby girl at babies first images! I have went to them 2 times this pregnancy the first was to determine the gender and we got some good pictures. And now I am 29 weeks and got the 4d ultrasound. We got to see her moving around and such good shots of her face, plus her foot in her face I recommend going especially with covid right now my husband can’t go to my appointments but he can come and see our girl at these locations. It makes it such a special experience. The front staff is always so nice and the techs are great. We also get so many pictures and a video of the experience!

I am furious! Highly unprofessional people! Let me explain.. I booked an appointment and receive an email the day before confirming about my booking the next day. Sneakily, the MIDNIGHT of my appointment they sent me an email canceling my appointment with no explanation or apology! When I email back I get the classic reply of “we tried calling you” which is not true because I had my phone on me all day. I received no call, no text, no voicemail, no email DURING the day! Neither did my partner whose number they have on my profile. They never mentioned contacting my partner, whose number they have on file. How can it be that one or two people did not receive any calls?! After a few emails back and forth they tell me it was a “schedule mishap”. They proceeded to say through an email they sent at 8 am that I can come at 10.15am. First, I don’t live that close that I can just hop in the car with family and leave. Second, what about my appointment at 1 pm that day??! I only booked on a time and date that was available on their website. There is no other way to make appointments with them. I left an email and a voicemail about wanting a refund of my money and they have stopped contact! I have been going alone to doctors visits during this pandemic like a lot of other women. This was supposed to be a family day with my husband and two year old. I am mad and heart broken. What do I say to my toddler now who was looking forward to this???? Don’t go here please.. save yourself from these amateurs!

Because of COVID, I was unable to bring my husband to ultrasounds at my OBGYN office. Luckily, Baby’s First Images allows a visitor in with the mother! We were so happy to see our baby girl move around, and we got some great printouts. The staff was professional, and the experience was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone who is looking for extra ultrasounds.

I had a great experience at Baby’s First Images! My husband hasn’t been able to go to an ultrasound so he was very excited to see the baby for the first time. We got great photos and videos and the ultrasound tech helped us to get out baby to cooperate for photos. I would recommend again!

I am so blessed to have found Baby’s First Images! The facility is super clean, the staff is beyond friendly, and our photos and videos are keepsakes that we will have forever! I am truly amazed by this office and I will recommend all of my pregnant friends here to come see their little bundle of joy! Even their bathroom was super cute with high quality 3D baby photos. Thank you guys so much! I can’t wait to return and see our nugget grow!!!

**Update: We went for our redo scan and baby cooperated much better this time. Our tech worked with us to get a position that worked well for the best shots and video. We had a great experience at this location. We ended up getting a package that included all offerings, as well as a 25-30 minute ultrasound. Check in was quick, and so was the wait. Upon being led to our ultrasound our tech was very friendly and waited until we were situated to begin our time for our scan. During the scan, our son did everything he could to block his face, so we never got a good shot. However, the tech did try all types of maneuvers to get him to move. Since we were unable to get a clear shot, the team then quickly set us up for a re-scan the following week. Excellent service at the Alpharetta location.
