I really wanted to like Lorlita Spann but I didn't feel any real self improvement after each visit. She is nice but not exactly effective in her treatment plans as the coping mechanisms she advised could be self taught with some research. Her credentials at Duke University and North Carolina Chapel Hill was what first impressed me at first, but good schooling doesn't equate to good counseling. I would go with a counselor with a little more experience and professionalism.
