Barracuda has terminated support on a product before the expiration of the support contract we purchased and sold to our customer. Now they are offering a pro-rated refund of the support that was paid for. Very poor customer service from a formerly great company.

I deal with a lot of the vendors the company I work for uses, and Barracuda has had the best customer service I've ever experienced. I don't have to contact them a lot, but when I do, they're friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. My questions are answered, and I actually enjoy the conversations I've had with the customer reps. We use their cloud spam filter service - there are very rarely problems, but when they do crop up, Barracuda is very good about posting updates on their status page to let their customers know what's going on and what they're doing to fix it.
