Did a curbside today and they were expeditiously fast! I told the attendee your quick. She said she sure is and we lol! Great work Bed bath and beyond! So excited about my dehydrator!

It’s a central location for millions of home goods for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, etc, you name it! You can find so many interesting and creative things here also. It is well organized and very clean. The staff were very nice too.

Cashier Brenda made me feel horrible for an exchange since I didn't have a gift receipt. Said \this makes it a lot more difficult.\ I have worked in retail, the items scanned, what's so difficult. I was clear that it was an exchange, I wanted mats, not towels. When I came back with mats, she said I couldn't exchange them since they weren't the exact same items. Sorry, but that isn't right in any retail store. Once she got approval from a woman who was not pleasant Brenda decided to embarrass me by saying \We are discounting your items because you don't have a receipt and your are going to owe money to get these items.\ I advised I understand. She said, and again I quote, \It will be a lot more.\ I'm sorry, but I'm an adult and I can afford to shop and pay for my items. I did not appreciate her attitude or for trying to embarass me. I don't understand why I was charged for an exchange. I understand that a non-receipt exchange is for what it rings up but why am I charged even more? I want a resoonse for these actions. And for now, I will not be stepping foot in Bed Bath & Beyond.
