Did not remove the bees. Instead, they charged us 200 to come out and spray a \deterrent\ around the entrance and told us to seal it up. He recommended hiring a contractor to come seal it through him - not included in the price. We sealed it up ourselves and the bees did not leave. Their response was essentially - just give it time. And I quote \There is no way to treat all of nature.\ Well, the bees just eventually just found another way in a little further down. I do not recommend this company for a bee problem. They did not do what was needed to handle the problem correctly, and were condescending in their correspondence. We went with another company who came out and removed the bees, the combs, and patched it all back up. *update - I got a text follow up 6 weeks later at 11:11pm on a Sunday. After explaining that we had already hired someone else to come remove the bees, they insisted on sending us a refund. They were much more professional in their correspondence and recognized that the situation was not properly treated. They were very apologetic, which I appreciate.

We had a large bee problem develop outside our front door over the span of just a few days. Bees were darting in and out of a large stone facade and making it impossible to use the door. We called Bee & Wasp Removal one Saturday morning and they had a representative out that same afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained we did not need costly sealing or other similarly expensive remediation methods. He sprayed a high powered deterrent throughout the cracks and explained how the chemical would work. He told us we need to let it sit for a couple days so the bees could make contact with it and bring it back to their main nest site. After a few days we were told to spray several applications of Raid Wasp Remover. I had my doubts that this would work due to the sheer number of bees we had, but I am happy to say that it did. Quite frankly, I thought 195 was a bargain as I was expecting a much higher cost due to the volume of bees that were observed. About two months after the service, the company contacted us to see if we were still having any issues. I told them everything looked great thus far. They then advised that they had a one year guarantee and not to hesitate to call if we noticed anything. That kind of follow up is rare these days.

The evening before my family was to leave for vacation I discovered that I had honey bees in my attic. I called Bee and Wasp Removal for assistance. They were confident that they would be able to remove the honey bees without having to harm them and without having to enter my home while I was away on vacation. I trusted them and went away and enjoyed my vacation. When I arrived back home three days later I expected to see the honey bees still, but to my surprise the honey bees were gone. The company came out and took care of the honey bee removal and they were successful. They did a great job and I would recommend their services if you have honey bees.

Customer service was top-notch! Pricing was very reasonable. Chip was responsive and handled our bees issue with care and concern. Located the nest and we have not had any further issues. A follow-up call was also received to ensure we did not have any other concerns.
