We had a leaky chimney cap and some missing mortar on our chimney. We called a few companies and Chimney Solutions was first to respond. it took a week to get someone out at Christmas time, but it was well worth it. We got a thorough inspection with lots of pictures and detailed repair options. A few companies didn't want to respond as our chimney is close to 40 feet high and we have an extremely steep roof. These guys were champs! the new, custom chimney cap was built earlier than promised, and they called to move up the installation. They were very nice guys and completely the job quickly. They cleaned up every scrap of any mess. I highly recommend Chimney Solutions.

I just had my chimney serviced by Quinton with Chimney Solutions. He did an outstanding job informing me about each step of the process. He let me know all kinds of different options that I had as far as a remote controlled fireplace setup. He took his time to make sure I understood everything he was explaining to me and also made sure to show me examples. In addition, he was right on time as he was the last time he was here. I would highly recommend Quinton and I would also HIGHLY recommend Chimney Solutions for any of your chimney needs. I've been with Chimney Solutions for quite some time now. They are different then a lot of the other companies you see online doing similar business. Unfortunately, a lot of chimney sweep companies don't take the necessary time required to fully make the customer informed. They'll take the quick route, and dishonest route, to make a quick sale for themselves. Chimney Solutions is different. They truly care about your chimney and want to see you get the best use out of it. I can certainly attest to this. Finally, I'll end this review by telling you about their prices. They are extremely competitive and fair. They will break everything down for you, number wise, to make sure you're in the know before making any decision. I recently hired Chimney Solutions to install a chimney cap on a masonry chimney. Chip and his crew did a terrific job! Our roof is very high/steep and the location of the chimney is not ideal. But they figured out a way to safely install the cap without having to rent a piece of equipment. This resulted in substantial savings to us compared to other companies we contacted previously. They were also on time, courteous and efficient. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to others.
