We appreciate the personal attention and in home visits to help us make the proper decision for our window treatment investment. The process and install was easy and our install was smooth with Adrian. We'd been looking for a shutter for a large window in our master bath, which due to a renovation, was now in the shower. Trying to find an appropriate produce on our own, or dealing with one of the big box stores, was frustrating and led us to think that an appropriate solution didn't exist. We saw Classic Blinds and Shutters near us and stopped in. We were assured by Amy that a Hunter Douglas shutter made of a composite material would work in the shower. A few weeks later she came and measured and showed us the various choices in trim and width to choose from. She worried that our very shallow frame might be difficult to fit. But she assured us that Adrian, the installer, would come out again, measure again and make sure that the product would work. He did, and a month later he installed the shutter. We also had shutters put on the sidelights of our front door and they also look great. We're very happy with the shutters, the people we dealt with, and the cost was fair.
