Calling was easy. They were able to diagnose and repair same day. The dryer stopped working Sunday, I called Monday and they had someone out on Wednesday. He replaced the idler pulley, belt and rollers for about 250. Very professional, quick and efficient. Dryer works like new. Thanks! Definitely recommended.

Repairman was on time, courteous, and fixed the dryer quickly. A little pricey considering the dryer is only 4 years old and the repair was half the price of what we paid for it but that’s an issue to take up with Maytag. We called them first and was told it would be a week before someone would be out to look at it. This guy was here the following day.

Customer service was very polite and helpful. I was worried the technician wouldn't have enough time to do the repairs before I had to leave for an appointment. She called the technician and he replied immately saying he'd be able to get to my home. He arrived, was very nice and explained everything. I'd use Core again.
