We were referred to CyberLoft by another business to work on a few of our computers and one printer, all of which were not working. The technician arrived on time and performed the work quietly and efficiently. We have used other providers in the past who were less considerate and actually caused more disruption than necessary. They were precise in their diagnosis of our devices and was able to get them all back up relatively fast. We are more than pleased with the outcome and will use them again should we experience any technology issues.
CyberLoft did a great job building my home computer network. I found out on their website and from the technician that they designed and installed home automation or \Smart Home\ technology, so I am in the process of having them automate my lighting, climate control, window shades, entertainment systems and add security cameras! Although they are still installing everything, I can now walk into certain rooms of my house at night and the lights smoothly dim up to about 25%. I can also now ask Alexa or Google to turn lights on or off by voice. This is very cool stuff! I can even lock and unlock my door from my Smartphone! Amazing company!
