I would highly consider looking elsewhere for a mediator. Andy Flink was unable to reach any sort of consensus in our case after five hours of mediation. That's not entirely his fault but when comparing notes with my ex after the fact he was telling me one thing and then going in her room and spouting off entirely different facts. This is dishonest and ethically unprincipled.

Avoid Mr Flink. After weeks of preparation, he cancelled our mediation literally the night before. This had a direct cost to me of over 2,500, for which he had no sympathy. In mediation my wife and I were never allowed to see or speak to one another, which I believe resulted in misunderstanding and increased animosity. Even after eleven hours of mediation, I later found many significant things that had not been addressed at all, which led to six months of arguing among expensive lawyers. Finally we had to return to Mr. Flink for arbitration. His ruling was not based on facts, equity, or any understanding of our case, but I am now legally bound to it for years. Do not trust Mr Flink to resolve anything, he will only make things worse.

Andy Flink was NOT an honest, “neutral” divorce mediator. He also made discouraging remarks about my attorney to my wife. Very unprofessional!
