Daniel was my technician who came out to our home on the second day. He was extremely courteous and professional. I needed a damper motor replaced on my ductwork. The location of the damper motor was not in an ideal location to replace, clearly, it was not engineered for simple replacement. However, Daniel did not let that deter him from replacing the motor. He climbed up into my attic, traversed the framing, and was able to quickly and safely replace the defective damper motor. I was so impressed with his resolve, knowledge and professionalism, I asked him if I could take a picture of him replacing the motor, and he obliged. Great example of going the extra mile to \wow\ a customer!!
