The attendant was helpful and efficient. However, please know that having an appointment only gets you through the door. You will still have to take a number then sit and wait. It would be nice of them to reveal this fact before you get there!!!

Appreciate excellent customer service. They will let you know the details of things to be done if you are not clear on procedures related to License. They are very courteous. We can fill application form at this office as they have provided few computers for the same. Really appreciate the cleanliness of the office. Also appreciate all the staff who are courteous and welcoming customers with a smiling face. Mask is compulsory.

Zero star. Bad customer service!! Had and appointment online for today 1/20/2021 and made it there on time. Saw this sign that they are closed. They extended the office closure and didn’t notify people who had appointments. I even received an email reminding of my appointment today. So many people were there for their appointment and had to turn around and go home. No respect for people time. Very disappointing. Bad service!!!!!
