When i arrived I met Juan as scheduled to look at 4,000 lb forklifts. I was extremely impressed with his ability to answer every question I had immediately, about any forklift they have. We chose to purchase a Nissan forklift that would suit our needs and had it delivered. About 1-week went by with no problems until we received an error code. I called Juan and he sent his driver down to pick it up to check it out. Two day went by and they had it fixed and delivered back to us. Juan even offered to have a loaner delivered while they worked on ours. It has been a pleasure to purchase from Industrial Liquidators. The fact that they fixed it, when we purchased it as-is, was awesome.
