This new super store is so cool! The employees are very helpful and Joanns, more than most stores, is super accomodating of coupons. Prices are super reasonable if you take advantage of sales and coupons.

Very clean, very organized, but almost no interaction with the staff. I saw probably four different staff members but was only greeted once and never asked if I need anything. It was honestly hard to get someone's attention so I could pick up my online order. So the physical store and my experience walking around was lovely. But the customer service was definitely lacking.

I came to pickup an online order that was out of stock, so the manager provided an upgraded product for our trouble. The staff was super friendly and was able to find the order on hold in a few minutes. I was well serviced during my visit.
