I have been searching for a good lamp shade store and couldn't find any with good selections. I went to this store and was greeted with mask friendly and kind owner. He was very understanding and was patient with my indecisiveness when I was choosing a right shade for my wife's lamp. I love the lamp shades I bought from him, for this quality it is worth it. There is no where else I will find such nice quality shades!

Yasa and Zak rewired 5 lamps for me and it was time to update the shades with new ones and he showed me the vast selection of shades and knew to suggest the best choices in shades for each lamp. The lamps ranged from Victorian to Japanese in style. I am glad I didn't end up making mistakes matching up the wrong styles with the wrong shades. There is an art to lamp making and it helps to have an expert like Zak.. He was quite versed in the history and art of domestic and international lamps. Also, Yasa his wife and Zak were so friendly and supportive. I also ordered two beautiful floor lamps to illuminate my fireplace and they helped me match the appropriate shades to these lovely lamps. I provided some photos of the rewired lamps in the foreground with new shades and the two floor lamps for the fireplace area. Thank you Yasa and Zak for making my living room so beautiful!

Positively the WORST customer experience I have ever had. Bought a set of FULL PRICE lamp shades. Brought them home and 8 days later decided they were not what I wanted in the room. The owner of this shop says ALL SALES FINAL, no return allowed. Then when we asked for a store credit and he says you have 2 days to return for store credit. Your sale is final. That will be the last time we spend a dime in this store. Do yourself a favor and support local business' that have a more flexible and honorable return policy that care about their customers. I'd get this policy if it were a "sale item". These were 280 lamp shades at full price... PS...and the owner is lying about a family argument. He is obviously an arrogant individual. If my wife loves the product keep it. If she doesn't she should be able to exchange for something else in 8 days. Just a bad businessman

I absolutely was happy with my chandelier purchase! They were understanding and welcoming. I went in with my wife thinking I would spend hundred thousand dollars, but the kind sales woman helped me find a more in-budget chandelier. I love my chandelier! I would recommend this place to everyone

As a resident of Georgia for nearly 26 years now, I am surprised at myself for not visiting this lamp and shade store a long time ago. As someone mentioned below, Zach and his wife have a good supply of lamps and shades that are quality products. So, yes, if you want cheap, this isn't your go-to store. (But, they do have a 50% off sale currently running). My wife has been in this store before and suggested we visit, to find two shades for our newly purchased lamps. I had a distinct idea of what we needed and Zach paralleled my idea. He presented a quality shade that is both visually attractive and will last a long time. Zach is especially knowledgeable and skilled in the art of lamp repair, selecting a shade for whatever lamp you may own, and, from what my wife has seen, can restore some lamps. He is 30 years plus experienced. He and his wife are both friendly and helpful. We are very happy with what Zach suggested for our new lamps. Highly recommended! Thanks again, Zach.

I have a very old lamp that was in excellent condition aside from a short in the switch. They replaced the cord per request and replaced the switch in about two days. Work was done very well. The store is full of lamps, shades, lights, finials and just about anything else you could need. If you are looking for something different than Home Depot may have, give them a try!
