I bought a patio chair from Parr’s and I paid over 1,000 for it. I bought it in late August and it was not delivered until October. Admittedly, I didn’t check all the cushions when it was delivered. I did not want to take the plastic away so it would stay dry over the winter. When I finally unwrapped it in June I found one of the cushions that fit into the metal surrounding the arm was missing. I called Parr’s and talked to someone who was going to talk with the owner and determine what could be done to remedy the situation. She promised to call me back and after a few weeks I called again. I called the store four times received the same answer every time so I called the owner who gave me the same answer again. So I have a chair without an arm cushion which makes it very uncomfortable. Considering it was such an expensive chair I think they could have at least given me an address, called the manufacturer, done several different things but lie about calling me back and but doing nothing was not one of the things I would think someone who values their customers would do. This is not the action of a reputable businessman. I would definitely advise against doing business with them. If anything is wrong with what you buy don’t expect any help from them.

Costs are comparable or lower than competitors and the quality is the highest around. Personable, old school service. Most items can be custom made. Not big, fancy or slick, just the best. They have another location with a larger showroom and tons of catalogs to get to the right piece. We've looked all around the area and keep coming back here.
