Long lines during holiday season but I like that they had all the things I needed for my daughters birthday when I got there. Things to remember, order balloons ahead of time (days in advance) people are still going in the store in groups so be careful and order pick up curbside. Not too much staff but shelves were stocked well and they had plenty of inventory online too!

The balloon department always does a fantastic job with my balloon orders. I do suggest ordering in advance because they get packed. The store also had everything I needed to plan the most epic Black Panther Party for our son. I definitely love how you can place your order at home and then pick it up in the store. The inventory they have listed on the site is pretty accurate to what they have available in the store. Overall, quality store and staff.

This place is always short staffed right before a Holiday. Line was wrapped around the store, a laundry list of curbside pickups that were not filled. Completely missed my morning order and by the time I came to grab my order, everything on my order was sold out! But in stock when I ordered that morning!! New Management please!!!
