Amazing products in a very nice showroom. A lot to choose from. However customer service at front is not the best. Had to visit the showroom 3 times and there is no greeting at all.The phone can ring forever before someone decide to pick it up. Not to mention the first girl that help us the first time ( very polite and trying to do her best) was on “training “ per other employee; resulted she ended up sending a wrong quote. Should be better if an experienced employee can revise it before sending it by email?

Great place to buy plumbing supplies. It is where the plumbers shop. Great prices. The staff is amazing. Scott the supervisor is extremely helpful. I had a sewage pump issue and he guided me and gave me a reference of plumbers. You want to shop here and not HD or Lowe's for plumbing issues as they are specialists and not any more expensive. I bought a Zoeller pump from them.
