Working with PMI North Atlanta has been a great experience so far. David is very responsive and found a great tenant for my property. He also has a lot of experience managing properties in North Atlanta area which we greatly benefited from. I would highly recommend them.

I have been with PMI for about 4 months. I brought them in when I acquired my most recent duplex. With their guided help, we stabilized and filled an empty unit with great tenants. Most importantly, for my tenants, they have been responsive making sure any issue they have is corrected quickly. I cannot recommend these guys more. They have been an absolute pleasure and an instrumental member of my team. I look forward to growing my portfolio with them managing the properties.

I wanted to rent a location in Dunwoody. I was extremely transparent with my situation and it took over a week for a response from PMI. When you are moving and you have to hit a deadline in a pandemic it causes stress. It is nice to think people would be respectful of that deadline. I have left David Kane a message for a explanation as to why it was taking so long for a property that has been listed for 97 days and have yet to receive a response. I think when you are dealing with the roof over someone's head proper respect of time is essential and this was not my experience. I applied for the EXACT same complex and was approved in 1 day with similar stipulations. I was curious to see the response of PMI considering the delay and it was disappointing. The other David was great and responsive, the owner not so much. Will steer away from this company in the future

They invest heavily in their business to ensure they have the best technology in the industry. Their communication is excellent. Most importantly, David’s accounting background is key to ensuring the associations they manage have top notch books at all times. I can’t say enough about the integrity of this company. It's Five Stars for me!! These guys are Great to work with. David and Tyler make you feel at ease through the entire process!! My home was rented within hours not days / weeks! I had a few emergency repair issues with very little time to spare and David came through for me and the Tennant in record time!! I Highly recommend these guys. You won't be disappointed!!
