If I had a negative marking I would give that. The office staff is so ignorant about the policies. After we finalized and made payment they told us that we can’t have two apartments in our name. They should have told us this before.Now they are neither ready to transfer, give nor refund the initial amount of 250. Please avoid going to unprofessional people like this. They just committed a fraud with us. If you have policies something like this you should clear it to the future residents. I’m very disappointed. Feels like facing racism here.
