I have seen a lot of gyms, this one is a bit special. Today when the day care was off- Carmen looked after our 2 year old daughter so that I & my wife could work out..that’s rare .. Their focus is not just to make money but to really help us achieve our fitness goals.. Thumbs up !!

It was a great workout and can be adjusted according to your fitness level. The equipment is great, has pretty much everything you can think of. You can also measure your heart rate and push yourself. It is professional, clean, and intense. I enjoyed my class. I highly recommend.

When I went in for a trial about two years ago and never left. The equipment is top notch. Everything from treadmills, Bosu balls, bands to Olympic weights and heavy duty squat racks. The trainers are great and customize the workouts for every level. There's only a few so they really get to know your strengths and weaknesses and help you get the most of your workouts. Would highly recommend.

Redkore has been the best fit for me. The trainers are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the classes that limit the number of exercises explained at one station. If too many exercises are introduced at each station I feel overwhelmed. I would also love to start the class with a stretch warm up sometimes instead of always warming up on the treadmill. Stretches combined with swats, jumping jacks, planks and mountain climbers is one suggestion. Over all I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
