One of the best companies I’ve ever worked for, especially as a driver! Started with my recruiter Lisa, I have never not had a recruiter lie to me just to get me hired. Everything she told me has been exactly what she said or better. This company truly cares about you the driver, and it shows. From her calling me after my initial week, then a month later and so on! Very professional, work and safety conscious! I can’t say enough good things about her! This too carry’s over to my immediate supervisor Jessica, she too tells you exactly what’s expected of me and always ask if I’ve got everything I need to do my job effectively and safely! This as well goes for Brad, Darin, and Brittney too! Always there to assist in anyway. Just a great atmosphere and group of people to work for and with! Great company!

I’ve had my CDL A for 5 years with no tickets or accidents, and according to the lady who administered my road test, I failed. From the mouth of their transportation supervisor...the pay is terrible, the work is terrible, the scheduling is terrible. They’ll have drivers run overnight and not get back until 4pm and expect them to run again as a team that same night. So don’t expect to get home if you’re looking for something local.
I began my journey with TeamOne Logistics in March 2019, and I have to say this has been one of my better decisions. I enjoy the impact that I have when hiring an employee and to hear the excitement in their voices is an understatement. To be able to answer their questions, put them in a role that is best suited form them is a challenge I look forward to on a daily basis.
