If I could give zero starts to this post office I would. They have lost 12 packages in less than a year. From expensive items to masks and electronics. Constantly marking things as “delivered” that never make it to my mailbox or front door. When you called to get answers you are put on hold for hours and if you want to talk to a supervisor (good luck) she doesn’t pick up the phone and doesn’t call back when you leave messages. I have to report them to start receiving my packages. I have lived in other countries and states and have never had so many issues with package delivery and horrendous customer service. We had an investigation done because of the amount of missing packages and our packages were been left 16-20 miles away. In all cases, the addresses are not even remotely similar to ours. For a while after reporting them and starting an investigation, we were receiving packages again, but now we are back to things disappearing after been marked as “delivered.” If you lived in this area beware and have your packages send to another zip code if you want to actually received them.

Quick dropoff and processing
Three separate packages dropped off at this location and none were delivered. Two of them don’t even have any other scan but “accepted”. So 15 days later they seem to still be at this warehouse or who knows?! I ship via USPS regularly and the service has been good but this location...
We had a package that was not delivered, no notice just said on the tracking we were not home and it was sent back by our request to be picked up. well here is the issue, we were all home and I checked my ring doorbell video they never made an attempt to deliver at all. this is so pathetic if you do not want to do your job correctly quit and let someone who really wants a job do your job. it has been so bad at this post office we had so many packages go missing no call backs from any manager at all and they never pick up the phone. when you complain it goes unanswered. I cringe when Amazon sends any item through USPS because we know it is a 50-50 chance the item will be lost or stolen by the post office.
I'm in here a lot, and so far every time I've been in there everyone is always kind and polite to me. The gentleman that works the line to try to make sure you have what you need before getting to the counter is always patient with his instructions and explanations. The people at the counter are trying to work the line as quickly as possible and are always nice, while trying to be efficient. I appreciate their help and courtesy.
