Ordered several products online and received products different than ordered. When I reached out I was told I would have to pay a high restocking fee to return them even though it was not what I ordered. I ended up getting my money back through my credit card company. Stay away from these scammers!

I order a stun flashlight for my journey to Colombia, South America, and it would not charge, (no fault of Velocity) due to a defect. When I came back to the states 2 months later, I called Velocity and spoke to Carrie and she took care of it right away. I love dealing with a company that is not only there for the sale on the front side but also has great customer service on the back side. I will purchase all future self-defense products from Velocity. Thank you Carrie and Velocity.

I bought a SecurityMan home alarm system and installed it myself. It worked well for about 3 months. First to go were 5 batteries of the 13 sensors I bought. Then the base station box pressure keypad stopped working and I could not turn off the alarm by keying in my password; or reprogram anything such as the phone numbers it would dial. I could only arm it or disarm it with the remotes. Now, one of the two remotes stopped working; I tested the battery and it is fully in the green on my tester. And lastly it sends false alarms at least twice a week. At last I have had to disconnect it, since I cannot reprogram the phone numbers and my neighbor is getting tired of all the false calls to his phone. 400 dollars down the drain. If there were minus stars, then I could rate it, as it is, I give it one star. I'm not even going to waste my money sending it back for repairs or replacement; what a piece of junk!

WARNING!!!! I ordered 288 of products from this company on April 26, 2017 to be delivered via Fedex. It is now May 11, 2017 and I never received my products. And they are NOT picking up their phone UPDATE: They refunded my money
