This place looks Exquisite and has the potential to deliver the same in results but management has to CHANGE. The residents are extremely nice and knowledgeable of how it’s being ran and THEY DESERVE better people to genuinely care for them. Denise Richards the Executive Director loves her title more than interacting w/ seniors, operating a building or demonstrating teamwork. Poor morale. There’s no order starting at the highest position but let’s keep going shall we... Anissa Business Manager she’s the real personality of the building.. as her position is the HR representative, Assistant Director and “Trainer” too. She takes pride in being rude and quick to the residents, staff everyone except the families which she is rarely available to. This Leadership team seems to take pride in being dressed up trash cans making things LOOK GOOD on the outside. They yell at residents especially during COVID lock downs to tell them to get in their rooms. I met amazing people some residents were fireman for over 30 years... Vanderbilt alumni for nursing and doctor ... Organic Chemistry Textbook creators ... Psychologists. phenomenal people spending their last days here. My visits.

I definitely loved working here. The residents were sweet an loving. I was a housekeeper that job gave me purpose for two weeks. Then I was fired for being on phone talking to the person that was training me at the time. I know I wasnt a terrible housekeeper. I wasn't perfect either. I have rid of a pantry full of ants for a resident. Who was having issues. I took care of that for her. You want me to move a couch to get under it. I did that. You want me to stay over to help. I did that. I was fired with out getting warning. In covid season. Sure I set down on a couch with vacuum on. I tend to sit down to wrap the chord back on the vacuum. You know back problems an moving heavy objects will do that to a pearson. But I wasnt not working. I clean my rooms did my job an help the residents an any staff that needed. You guys need to come up with a write up system or something. I get georgia is an at well state. But man its covid season. I was there every day ready to work. An help the residents.

My mother moved into Village Park of Alpharetta the end of June. She previously lived in another assisted living in Alpharetta for almost four years. There is no comparison to where she lived then and Village Park of Alpharetta. She recently commented to me, \I am so happy here!\ The residents welcomed my mother and began including her immediately. The nursing staff is wonderful..very attentive..administrators so efficient, always meeting our requests when needed. She loves the food and activities! I highly recommend considering this to be the next home for your loved one!

Village Park Alpharetta has been great for my parents! They live independently in a lovely private Bungalow on the property but still have a feeling of support and security from the warm, friendly staff who all make a point to know them personally. This has been a great source of comfort for me. They enjoy the meals and staff in the dining room and the rest of our family enjoy eating there with them as well. All their maintenance needs are met in a timely manner by staff they know. Overall they have found their expectations to be consistently met over the 7 months they have now lived there and I would highly recommend this beautiful community.

Village Park is a wonderful Senior Living Facility. It offers many levels of care and provides a safe and caring environment for the Residents. The residents are kind and friendly. Communication is key as our mom has adjusted to her new home and everyone there is always available to listen and help. It is a beautiful clean facility. David and Judi Burke
