We live here and love it! It's one of the more spacious married housing in Provo (probably because it used to be women's housing for 4). The living room is huge and there are two bedrooms! The bathroom is pretty teeny tiny though. But overall good for the price (700). Maintenance gets done quickly, and the guys are super nice. I just wish the internet was better. The routers are spread out through the apartments so if you're not in an apartment with a router, internet is pretty crappy.

I would not recommend living at Alpine Court. We lived here for a year and things quickly went from okay, to bad, to the worst. Maintenance became hard to get a hold of (it took 2 weeks of regular contact for them to respond to my requests to fix our broken toilet (I was also pregnant with a kidney stone)). The owner made decisions that often fixed a long-term problem with a short-term solution. I think the management was often short with the tenants because they were stuck being the middleman. If you want to know some more cons (with a few pros) I would recommend reading Justin Harwell's review. It's pretty accurate and we lived in the complex at the same time.

So the landscaping is rarely done so be careful to park your car under a tree because branches fall off all the time. and they never plow during snowy season and we asked a year ago to clean our outside window cause green moss is covering it from viewing outside clearly. They said they would teach us how to clean it but i live on the second story. I couldn't possibly do it without a large ladder. I didn't appreciate that because he never once reached out to teach us how to clean it. But it is soo nice to live here. close to everything. you have one parking space. but living by byu is expected to have less parking on street. They don't tow on street which is awesome if you can find a parking. The manager here is super friendly. price is reasonable. you get built in drawers which saves on furniture costs. Laundry is close and neighbors are great and helpful.

This is literally the worst place I've ever lived. The apartments are small, the landlord is near impossible to get ahold of. I messaged her at least 10 to 15 times around the end of my time there with no response and then she got upset for me for not notifying her things. Do not move here
