It was impossible to get a hold of anyone at the store.. I called several times, never got anyone to pick up the phone. Tried during regular hours, over the course of 3 days, calls made during different hours... disappointed . Might give them an other go when the need arises again... if the experience changes I'll change my rating... who knows maybe they are awesome?
