I was hired by Reliable Fire & Security to assist with the remodeling of their facility. They were the ideal clients to work with, very fast in communicating and eliable\ (pun intended) haha During the remodel, I communicated with numerous different people within the office. They were all kind and extremely helpful. The facility is very clean and actually pretty large. In their new customer welcome center, they added displays of the products they sell on the walls... which were kinda fun to play with!
I've been working with Reliable for several years now and I couldn't be happier with a Fire Protection vendor. They've rebuilt fire pumps, done all the mandatory annual inspections, serviced fire extinguishers through out the buildings I manage. Always pleasure to work with Chris Szymanski, highly professional and a very kind person too. took my two fire extinguishers here to be tested. In order to do so i had to fill out a credit form? i was perplexed but i guess so. a year later they had some guys come out (without me asking them to) and they tested my extinguishers. Now i owe them money when i didnt even call them to test the extinguishers and they can report me to credit bureaus if i dont pay the balance. They got me, its a good trick.
I cant tell you how horrendous the service was here. The first time I called I explained my situation to the customer service rep, she actually laughed at the fact that I hadn't had my extinguishers set up properly, When I expressed my frustration with her behavior she apologized which I accepted. She then transferred me to the lady who dealt with new accounts, her voicemail came up that was inaudible and had zero information on it. I left a message she called back and said she would be setting up an appointment to get my fire extinguishers serviced, 24 hours later I have not heard back, I called to find out what was going and was greeted with a new person telling me they have no idea about my service call and who or what I was calling back. No notes, no schedule, nothing. I would love to support local businesses but apparently reliable fire is too big to deal with the little guys. I went elsewhere and they came out the same day, I wont mention who so the owner of Reliable doesn't think this is a fake review and rebukes my feedback.
