Purchased our first piece of Equipment from Alta! Was super excited, our sales rep Stephen was great. He answered all of my many questions I had about the machine. Stephen took plenty of good pictures and even video. I lived about 10hr 30mins away so stoping by wasn’t really practical. Stephen even checked to make sure everything went smooth with the arrival of the machine as well. Shipping was pretty fast and transaction went smooth. Great buying experience, make sure you ask for Stephen!

We rented a scissor lift from Alta and after renting it for longer than expected. Jason G did an excellent job of putting together a sales price for us to complete the purchase! First time (only time) delivering to this place, yard guys are extremely rude. Got mad that I had to have my traier stacked, In the middle of stacking the trailer the yard guy vanished. I asked him what was up he said to call an outside company to do it. Also refused to sign my paperwork. If you can avoid the place I would. Managmet was helpful and fixed the paperwork issue.
First time escorting a heavyhaul delivering to this place, yard guys are extremely lazy. Got mad that my driver had to get his trailer stacked, In the middle of stacking the trailer the yard guy vanished. Talked to him later on after I found him asking what was up he said he could use the wheel loader but to call an outside company to do it. Also refused to sign my drivers paperwork. If you can avoid the place I would. Managmet was helpful and fixed the paperwork issue. Would've taken less than 20mins total but instead let us sit out in the hot sun for hours. I've been to a lot of places and this by far is the worst to deal with.
