It's Martin Luther King day day and we have been waiting several hours for someone to come unlock any of the mausoleums. We were told security would be here within a half an hour and it's been over an hour now. Very bad service for those who want to visit their loved ones on a holiday of all days.

Beautifully maintained cemetery in palo alto. Some of the plots are out in the open, others are in more shaded areas under large trees. Walking around the grounds you get a hint of peoples stories, their history and the history of the country. Its strangely beautiful to see so many generations together, like time progresses there more slowly and 10 generations interact instead of just 3.

I am at a loss for words to describe how utterly disrespectful and heartless some of the staff are. No I'm sorry for your loss, no sympathy what so ever. I called to get an explanation of the 4300 cost to open my grandmother's plot. The cost is literally double anywhere else charges. The explanation I was given was they have rent to pay. I was offered a 400 discount if I did not watch them drop the casket. These people are taking advantage of people in the most vulnerable time. It is disgusting! This should not how people are treated during this time.

This was once the most lovely and well maintained memorial park, but my visits this week to our family niche was VERY disturbing. The grounds were over grown with weeds around grave stones, much of the landscaping was dead, and uncared for, and the mausoleum was dirty, and looked like it hadn't been serviced in weeks with dead flowers and dropped petals throughout. Disrespectful conditions which should not be allowed to continue.

The entrance was lined with US flags... Really looked great. The lawns were manicured, and they left our flowers longer than normal, so thank you!
