I used to love coming in here but this place is going down. Order mini cinnamon rolls with pecans to go and that thing was like more than 2 weeks old those things end up in the garbage.the bun was so hard and disgusting even after heating them up!!!! I suggest for you to eat them there so you wont regreat at home.

Everything burnt! Mini pretzel dogs and singles. Couldn’t exchange it because they were all charred! People who preordered waiting 30 minutes. This place needs a better manager, ASAP!

Manager got angry and argued with me over a refund on the hardest pretzel I've ever tried in my life. She refused to look at it... she "already knows it is good". It was terrible. Just refund a 3 pretzel, why even argue? Happened on 9/25 at 1pm.

Very bad experience. Ordered 1 Almond Pretzel, 1 Regular Pretzel, 1 Pretzel Dog and 1 Pepperoni Pretzel. What I got was stone cold and soggy. Reheating the oven helped but the lack of care in packaging had trouble built in. Excellent delivery time via DoorDash but product not packaged for travel. It was an experiment. It failed. You don't even want to know what a horrible value that was either. Fix it or stop delivering.
