Kicking It With CoCo

I always find the best deals here. Even when I'm not looking for much to buy a lot of stuff I find a way to walk out the store with a handful of things. There is always a good sale going on and I even find great items I can use on clearance. I'll be visiting here again soon for my crafting needs. The staff is always so friendly and helpful when I come here too.

So the pros here are that they have a huge selection and the store is very clean. The down side was that the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and were very abrupt with customers. The store has all the standard things you have come to expect from this chain. They still had a bunch of cotton fabrics for mask making, which was nice, as the store closest to me was mostly out. They are only letting in 25 persons at a time right now with the social distancing rules. The line outside moved quick though. When I came up to the fabric cutting area, the staff was kinda barking at everyone, which I didn't love. I totally get that it's hard right now and I'm sure they are overwhelmed with the uptick in demand, but it felt a little much. I got my fabric and the cashier at checkout was friendly, so that helped. I like that they have a ton of season items and that they have decent sales as stock rotates through. Overall: B The cutting area wasn't awesome, but the rest was solid.

The employees at this store are very helpful. Whenever I come to this store I ask the employees for advice on projects I’m working on. They are nice and happy to help.

I went in today to get Cricut materials that were on sale and got great deals. Additionally, the customer service was great. I do wish they had more variety of certain items like vinyl brands. Also, they should have more visible signs to navigate the store without having to request help from employees.
