I'd say it's a great place for younger kids smaller or younger than 8 years old otherwise you can't play on the equipment... (they make announcements) the pizza is just okay but the staff were super accommodating overall! Great time for my niece 1st birthday! I have a 12yr (she played the air hockey and table games. (you need quarters) And don't forget to bring socks!!

Went it for a couple of hours with my toddler and it was a blast. There were plenty of things to do for my toddler, while I sat back on the lounge chair and watched from afar. The place huge and plenty of space to walk around and enjoy. Clean and child appropriate bathrooms. The main downsides were, the mini cup ride was down at the time, the ballpit was missing a little bit of padding around the back (parents notice these little spots) and the dolphin carousel had tape; not a good professional look. This place is perfect for toddlers and would definitely recommend it.
This place is great for little ones and I came very often with my son. I stopped giving my business due to the owner/manager always changing prices around whenever he felt like it. One week I went with 2 kids and he charged me the correct amount which was 16 each so I paid a total of 32. Less than a week later I come again with 2 kids and a 5 discount code that they sent to my phone so I would’ve been a total of 27 , the owner really tried charging me 39 with the discount code. I had to pull out my bank statement on my phone so he saw what he charged less than a week ago. He didn’t apologize at all and then charged me the correct amount. I understand business aren’t doing well at the moment due to covid but don’t cheat your customers especially ones who comes very often. I came again after this incident and I put my number in their rewards screen because I know I had a discount and as soon as I put my number in, the same guy flipped the screen so I wouldn’t see. When I asked how much it would be with the discount he said I didn’t have any. I told him I did have some because I saw it myself. I was upset because again he is playing with his customers. This isn’t about money is about fair business, not changing the prices when you feel your customer won’t notice. I mentioned this to him and he said he’s been working there 6 years and he’s never seen me and he always charges the same thing. Didn’t apologize at all and said that the system is the one lying and giving wrong information. This guy has no respect for his customers and if you want to take your little ones watch out that he doesn’t charge you more than he should!
The staff is great, the place is very clean, but it’s so insanely hot inside the building. If I had to guess, they keep their thermostat on maybe 78-80. Everyone I saw there was sweating. I understand the cost to run a business is high especially during these times when there aren’t as many customers but we’re coming to escape the Florida heat and then pay to walk right back into it.
I highly recommend this place. If you want to wear your kids out this is the place. The employees go above and beyond to ensure our little ones have the time of their life. Thank you lucky monkeys!
I brought my niece here and it exceeded all expectations. Very friendly staff, clean environment and very good prices. I would recommend anyone with children to visit!
Absolutely great play area. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Food and drinks available for adults and children. Very safe .Play areas are separate for smaller children. Highly Recommended
My grandbabies had a wonderful time. Great place to carry your young ones. They even have food where you can purchase also.
