Went to an Orlando location yesterday for my baby’s 3rd set of shots. The vet (whom Karen disclosed “shouldn’t even have been on the front lines of the transactions”) approached me with an attitude in regards to my paperwork. In addition to this, the man handling the money & processing paperwork stopped another employee who was handing out clipboards to the 15 cars that were pulling up, because he didn’t know what he was doing (which he said himself), and almost charged me 75 instead of 40... big difference. This was followed by the comment “screw all of those people, they can go to hell”... 2 feet away from me... kind of alarming when people are setting aside time, gas, and money for a health-related service. I am considerate and understanding of the current conditions that we are facing with Covid-19, but considering this man also seemed to be overly anxious about it and loudly annoyed at the cars that kept pulling in, maybe he should’ve taken some time off. I appreciate Karen for still allowing me to still get the shots and you can’t beat the prices, but I would rather pay more for professionalism and genuine concern.

I would not trust my dog with these people!! The car promoting this business was constantly driving behind cars up to the bumper forcing the cars to move to the next lane. The driver did not look local and maybe might be a reason why he drove like a madman in India. Not cool. I was seriously scared.
