Called in the morning to inform of arrival time - and showed up exactly when stated. Performed an efficient and thorough inspection of all my wall units and the main system in the basement. Was courteous and even made sure not to track snow/ice/mud into the house (even though I said they didn’t have to worry about it.) Overall great service - would highly recommend.

My Geothermal Heating System stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year! What to do?.... ...call Alternative Power Solutions of NY, LLC! Spoke with Owen who was out to my house the same day to look at my system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose the issue...and fix it! Also, let's not forget Lynne at the office who was also very helpful and kind when I called. APS has a great team! I would strongly recommend them for your Geothermal needs.

I had a geothermal system installed by APS two years ago. The system has been working well and is remarkably inexpensive to operate. There were a couple problems (vibration and noise) and the APS team was remarkably quick to respond to my concerns and find solutions. They are very dedicated to customer satisfaction.
