I was shopping for a new Ford Edge. I had driven through the lot several times just to see if anything caught my eye. I was looking for specific features, and color. I reached out on line to see if I could fine what I wanted. I soon received a call and was given Tim Lane a Salesman for the Dealership to work with. I told him what I was looking for. He started looking and found exactly what I wanted (the perfect car). My car was ready a couple days later and the transaction was flawless. I was comfortable and could not have been more happy. Tim was great and took his time explaining the features of my new car. I am a firm believer in giving back to your community and doing business in your community. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Today I had my first experience buying a car at a dealership and I can honestly say I couldn’t be happier! Tomas Lira helped me get into a 2020 Ford EcoSport and made sure to answer all of my questions and really took the time to show me all the features on my car and helped me set up the remote app as well! He is very friendly and polite and definitely knows what he’s doing! I also want to thank Tony and Zach for all their help as well! Everyone at Robert’s Motors were very kind and helpful. I would definitely buy a car here again and recommend to friends and family!

This is the the most unpleasant and unprofessional place I have every been to. The customer service is a joke. Please if you can avoid this place do so. It will save you money, energy and time. Good luck to all. Update: I took car in monday after setting up my appt a week in advance. I explained that I would need a rental due to having to leave work and to return. She agreed. Enterprise called me and and explained that ford dealership was covering the cost and I would have to pay a 50 deductible. I got to enterprise to be told that Ford is no longer covering the cost. So I was stranded and unable to work the rest of my shift. They called me later that day and updated me the cost and that it will get fixed Tuesday(Today). It is 5pm and I have not heard anything at all. So I called the dealership to find out whats going on and EVERYONE IS GONE. So I am not going to make it to work in the morning and have to rearrange my schedule AGAIN due to lack of communication. Just wanted everyone to know what they are getting into. Hopefully you get better service.

So I brought my truck (F-150) to be inspected regarding an appearent leak in the sunroof. Spoke to a Rachel, who appeared to know what she was doing at the time. They kelp our truck for to weeks (That we'll never get back out of our life) and did absolutely nothing to it! They claim they were keeping the truck inside, to see if there would be any additional leaking (as if they fixed it) and the truck appeared that not only was it Not left inside, it looked like it had been driven around. We were totally given the run around, and given the impression that there was extensive work done on it, and there was no work done on it at all. The wrong expectations were set, and customer service (Rachel) totally lied for 2 weeks about the status of our vehicle. Last FORD we will buy...

I am a satisfied customer. While there were a few hiccups I've put in my private survey, all-in-all it was a great experience. Tomas Lira was a great help and answered all of my questions and was very nice and polite throughout the entire thing. I will definitely continue to be a customer of Roberts Motors!
