Cognitive Dissonance

Bought 6 jugs of water and the friendly young men loaded them safely and they were put on a brand new floor in a new house. A slow leak was in one of the jugs and damaged the laminate in the new house. When I talked to an \owner\ I was called a liar and told that it wasn't his problem. I make salary and have no debt. I don't need to scam anyone for 100 in damages. CHECK YOUR JUGS!!

Called them to have yearly maintenance of well water filter . They charged me 70 for a UV filter which cost 20 . When I questioned the charge & he can only bill me for the service not almost 4 times a the price of the UV filter . He said do what ever you want . Stay away
