I have dealt with SP twice in the past seven months, after acquiring an RV which has their products installed. I find them responsive, helpful, unusually accommodating and reasonable (ie, my new Van had a couple of cracked, ready to break parts which they replaced as 'free of charge warranty replacement' without any questions asked, no proof of purchase nor ownership). It's like doing business with the neighborhood shop owner used to be \in the old days\. People helping people! PS: don't be put off by their website not listing/showing a product you believe they manufacture - just phone, email, or use the contact form on their site to ask about the item of interest.

TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC! I worked there for 4 years and watched over 150 ppl come and go! So many things to say. Easiest way to put it...stay away! Management is horrible!!!

Summit goes out of its way for not only its customers, but it goes out of its way for the community and its employees. Many companies value the product over the people.....not Summit....there is a realization within the company that if the people are taken care of then the people will take care of the product. This realization has set a culture that doesn't settle for mediocrity and will only accept a product that is at the highest achievable standard. Summit is a company with a lot of potential to become a great company and I wouldn't be surprised if it makes the Fortune 500 list someday.

I have done business with Summit many times over several years. I have witnessed growth and the occasional pains that come with it. But mostly I really notice the focus on always improving the customer experience. I do mostly custom one-off projects and every order is different. Many times individuals have gone above and beyond to help me be successful. I know I am far from their best customer but I always feel like my business is important when I walk in the door.
