Overall, Great experience! This is my 2nd set of dies from this company. Communication has been prompt. Compared to other companies, the quote was reasonable. Processing time and shipping was quick. The dies where also packaged very securely. The quality of the die build is very good. The blades are sharp, and the cut is crisp and accurate. Would highly recommend this company. What a great company! Within a day of sending off my designs I had a quote. the customer service is second to none! They were incredibly informative and gave me everything I needed to know to get the right die for what I needed. After my order was placed the dies arrived very quickly! They were very well packaged, and all of the dies edges had a protective coating to ensure no damage during shipping. The tolerances on these dies are insane for being handmade, like seriously! 2 of my dies are for sheaths that consists of two mirroring panels so if there was any imperfection in the dies they would show up, like overlapping edges and such, But all of the patterns match-up absolutely perfectly! All I have to do is hit the edges with 1000 grit paper before burnishing. I'm cutting 7-8 oz veg tan leather on a 4 ton press and they work perfect. The only bad thing I can think of is that I want to buy more dies now. If you're looking to get dies this is the place to go you cannot beat the customer service or the prices!
Our small biz has been having clicker dies made for thirty years. The company we lived disappeared many years ago and we've been searching for a good one ever since. After many disappointments, we found these folks - it turns out they bought out the company we used to use! What a small world.... Just got out first set of dies from TCS. They are outstanding quality and work perfectly. We use a fifty ton clicker (machine weighs eleven tons and is the size of a small car) and dies need to be strong and perfect to stand up. They are! Customer service was awesome - they corrected mistakes I made in my templates and I got my very reasonably priced dies quickly This is our GO TO die shop!!!!
