Called Alvarez to have a chair repaired. He quoted me a price and I thought this is great. He said would come by to pick the chair up on Mon or Tuesday. Then on Tuesday he said he would come by on Wed. He NEVER called - texted or came by to get the chair Wed. If you can't make the appointment call the customer. I would never recommend anyone working with this company. I rate them a ZERO...
