If I could give zero stars, I would. Since this location is more convenient from work, I stop in to check out their inventory. The last 3 visits I went in to specifically buy Pandora charms. Was NEVER asked if I needed help & certainly didn't receive any help. I had my online Hallmark order shipped to Silverland. The box had my name on it, but the contents were for someone else's order. Silverland's response? We don't do that here. When I called Hallmark and told them they were appalled. Evidently, I don't look like I have money to spend. While I love the inventory that this store carries, I won't be going back anytime soon. Too bad for them. The problem isn’t that you couldn’t help me with the shipping mix-up. The problem is that I had the order shipped to your store so that I could do more shopping at Silverland, but was not helped to make more purchases of items not branded at Hallmark on at least 3 separate occasions.

Super dissatisfied and disappointed with them my boyfriend did an amazing job picking out a super cute necklace for me from them back in February fast forward necklace broke send it in to get fixed the necklace I received back was not the necklace I took in it looked cheap and not well made but okay fine fast forward to October necklace breaks again and stones are falling out woooooow so take it in again we are now at Christmas time and guess what no necklace it is December 23 and I haven’t received a single call from them I’ve been the one having to call and ask them about my necklace which is not good customer service and still no freakin necklace grrrrrrrr

Was very disappointed. Went in for certain items and they sales staff tried to talk me in to more expensive items and when I said no they said well that won't work for what you want anyway and walked off. That happened twice. I got a gift certificate for my Granddaughter and when she went in to use it was treated the same way. She wanted a ring and they took her to the rings which are in a locked case and walked off . She had to grab someone to unlock it. Found what she wanted and said I have this much more to spend and they pointed and said well look over there. She gets her things goes to check out and they keep moving people in front of her to help them. She said they made her feel like she wasn't spending enough money . Same way I felt. I did find what I was looking for at another store that was vey helpful and was glad to take my money.
