I had a horrible experience at this place with Ms. Donna. I cannot remember her last name . She did therapy with my son who has high functioning Autism. First of all she absolutely refused to let me go back with him on the first visit. He was very upset and crying . It was horrible but she told me it was part of the therapy and I believed her. I had very limited information on Autism and therapy back then. So after about a month of therapy my son starts not wanting to go. He tells me he hates Ms. Donna . He begins to have meltdowns whenever we even get close to the Turn Center building. Long story short, I find out that she has been strapping my son into his chair and restraining him for no reason. He’s a normal boy. He just has problems with pragmatic speech. He does not need to be restrained. So we stopped going . Also there was one incident when Ms. Donna accused us of being late. (We were not ) And because of this,my son didn’t get his reward at the end of his session like he normally did. It wasn’t his fault even if we were late which we weren’t. She’s a horrible woman. I’ll never go to the Turn Center again.
