This place is so convenient. It is located right on the corner of Clark and Lake. We have used it multiple times for returns and we are always in and out in under three minutes. The staff is friendly and the store is brightly lit from all of the windows. They have four large kiosks to be used for your returns and also there smaller kiosks.

Prior to my participation as a customer at this facility, I experienced a series of delivery thief’s at my residence. The moment this locker opened I used it exclusively for delivery. My purchases are now 100% secure, the personnel at Amazon are always professional, informative, genuinely helpful and cordial. When I travel domestically or internationally my purchases can be held (securely) until my return. For an active resident (like myself) living in an Urban Market like Chicago, Illinois, this center is an absolute God Sent ! Bravo Amazon- and keep it coming !

Parking is a tough situation. Otherwise this is a great location for pickup, drop offs and associates are very helpful.
