Amazon is being sneaky this year for the Black Friday and Cyber Mondays sales. I'm a prime member and after finalizing my order for Prime items I noticed that my Prime two day free shipping order was giving me a four day delivery date. I place the order then emailed them and was only told they would change it to one day shipping at no additional cost without any explanation as to why my order was giving me a four day delivery date. I still love you Amazon and do 75% of all my shopping through your company.

Amazon Delivery Service Needs Work. I had a delivery scheduled to my home via their own Carrier - Amazon Trucking. A package was scanned as delivered but ended up not being delivered at all. I don't expect their delivery trucks to be perfect, but it caused great heartache and misinformation for me and my family. The reason I am posting this here is I tried to post the same information on Amazon reviews and it said was against their TOS. I just would like to leave feedback of my experience. I will seriously consider discontinuing my Prime membership due to this issue.
Excellent experience all around except for ONE HUGE problematic issue that spans across all of the Amazon products. KNOCK OFFS being sold on Amazon directly from China. I'm surprised Amazon doesn't do a better job of preventing knock offs from being sold on their website. Since the majority of American companies manufacture in China, the Chinese will either copycat the American designs or they will re-sell any samples or over-production of the American designs through Amazon. Which means they are stealing profit from the REAL American companies. You'll know it's a knock off if it takes 2-3 weeks for the item to ship, and when you check your package, you'll find a Chinese address in the "sent from" section instead of an American address. You usually won't find out if it's a knock off until after you've completed checkout, and the biggest hint it's a knock off is that it takes 2-3 weeks to ship. It took me a while to catch on to this, because I had wrongly assumed all products shipped from within the U.S., but now that I am aware of this problem, I've actually been less confident in buying things from Amazon. Now, instead of buying directly from Amazon, I'll look for products on Amazon, using it like a library or dictionary of different types of products, and from there, identify which company makes the product. Then I'll go directly to the product's company site and buy straight from them so I know that I'm getting the real thing instead of a knock off. So far I prefer my new way of using Amazon, as a library of things, and then googling to find the actual company and buying directly from the Company instead of through all the fake knock off re-sellers from China.
Nearly anything you need in just a couple days prime. Amazing watching Amazon grow locally. They have become a huge company in just a few short years. Big supporter.
Amazon sent me a damaged textbook rental, didn't respond to my complaints and then charged me for the entire book at the end of the semester when I returned the book. I've always used Amazon textbook rental but I'll think twice before renting textbooks from them again if all they do is rent out gross, old textbooks and then charge their customers for so called damages.
Didn't mention the item I ordered was on backorder until I contacted them. Amazon actually let me know it was never sent but not til today which is at least 5 days later. Then I tried to review the product but they would not post it so I came here instead ( Horrible service especially right before Christmas
Watch out for non-competitive prices at Amazon for typical household products. For example, a well-known spray floor cleaner is twice as expensive at Amazon as at Lowe's, Home Depot, and local grocery stores. I contacted Amazon to no avail. When I tried to post a review on Amazon as a Prime customer, Amazon censored the review. It will not post reviews criticizing Amazon's pricing, no matter how accurate.
Nice location and easy to get to, plus the security staff are nearby so if you have questions or need help it's not far to find someone.
