I was glad that this urgent care provides the Covid vaccine. I filled out their online form 2 weeks ago, then came in today and got the pfizer shot. The clinic is clean. The staff screens all patients at the door prior to entry. The staff was very helpful and friendly and got the shot done quickly. I waited about 15 min after the shot and was sent on way. I highly recommend this clinic.

I’ve been trying to get a prescription renewed for days now. They will not answer the phone to clear up whatever miscommunication is going on between them and my pharmacy. When I can actually get ahold of them, they are exceptionally rude and lecture me telling me it’s my fault that I ran out of medication a week ago and they won’t spend five minutes on the phone with my pharmacist to figure out the issue.

The person who answered my call appeared to be the rudest person I ever talked with. I called to make an appointment and requested to see Dr. Alex because he is a great doctor to be seen by. The person on the phone told me that Dr. Alex no longer works at this location. I said ok then, I will call another doctor's office. She said no we have other doctors that they can see you. I said no I prefer Dr. Alex, but since he does not work here, I will find another doctor for myself. She just hung up on me. I was like what the heck. Is this how you treat people when they ask for what they like and you don't have it?

Tried contacting the office for the past few days to get an appointment changed but I was met difficulty and times where the call wasn’t picked up. On top of this, the office called the wrong number to confirm the appointment when my number should’ve been the only one to be contacted my own medical services. If you want to visit a Doctor’s office with mediocre service and downright rude medical workers, this office is for you.

The receptionist front desk they talk to patients horrible bad customer service they don’t have grit or respect and don’t care about appointments . VERY RUDE FRONT DESK They need to look at themselves again so I will never come back bad experience they judge you and won’t help you.

I was here a few years ago and the care is pretty good. I haven't been well in the last few weeks and went in to be seen by a doctor. The care was good, though I may have to return because Im still not feeling 100 percent. I would recommend the facility, the staff are professional and friendly. The space is also clean and the care is pretty good. They also accept most insurances.
